Frequently asked questions

Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 14:00 on your arrival.

On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.

Smoking is not permitted in our hotel. On the terrace there is a smoking area with a radiant heater.

The ski bus comes every quarter of an hour in the morning from approx. 9.00 a.m. and takes our guests to the gondola valley station. In the afternoon you will be picked up from there at the desired time and brought back to the hotel. A great service exclusively for our house guests, which has been very praised.

The single room supplement is € 10,- per person and day.

Our breakfast is from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.

Our dinner starts at 18:30. We kindly ask you to arrive at the restaurant by 19:30 at the latest. If this is not possible, please inform us in good time.

There is plenty of parking space for our guests in front of our hotel.

We offer our guests free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

You are welcome to pay the hotel bill in cash or by EC card. We ask for your understanding that payment by credit card is not possible.
